What You’ll Do

As an Administration Assistant
, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in person, by phone and via email
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to holiday guests, owners and contractors
  • Check guests in and out using the Parc Vu system, prepare welcome packs and assist with bookings
  • Respond to guest queries and complaints, escalating to management when appropriate
  • Support holiday homeowners with billing payments, gas bottle orders, and maintenance requests
  • Assist with daily cash reconciliation, petty cash and till floats
  • Maintain accurate Health & Safety records, logging incidents and accidents on the Prime system
  • Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers regarding warranty claims and after-sales queries
  • Ensure the reception and office areas are tidy, organised and well-stocked
  • Work closely with the Park Manager and wider team to support smooth park operations
Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A calm, professional approach when handling queries or complaints
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • The ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends
