Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in our main offices in Paignton. The Administrative Assistant will handle various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, organizing schedules, answering phone inquiries, providing clerical support, and assisting with executive administration work. The role will require excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a collaborative office environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including record keeping and documentation
- Attention to detail and effective organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic office software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
