Marina Supervisor – Brixham, Devon
£34,000pa plus benefits
Working Hours & Shift Pattern
42 Hours per week
Peak Season Thursdays to Mondays (April – September)
Off Peak Season Monday to Friday (October – March)

About the Marina Supervisor Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of a marina and will strive to deliver a first class experience for all customers ensuring customer service levels are consistently exceeding expectation. You will lead, develop and coach your team in order to achieve commercial targets and customer satisfaction scores. Candidates must be computer literate, quick thinking and skilled in administration.
