Position: Freelance Site Manager
Rate: £270 - £300/shift
Location: Paignton - TQ4

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a warehouse store refurbishment and fit-out project, starting the 14th September for an initial 5 week duration
.

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the required standard.
• Manage site health & safety and maintain site documentation.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the project is delivered efficiently through to completion and handover.

Candidates must hold
:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black, White or Gold Card
• First Aid at Work
• Fire Marshal

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on warehouse, retail refurbishment or commercial fit-out projects
  .
• Strong knowledge of site health & safety.
• Confident managing multiple subcontractors and trades.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Able to take ownership of the site and drive the project through to completion.
