Excellent PAYE Day Rate DOE | Long-Term Contract | South Devon
Are you an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next long-term contract opportunity on a major civil engineering project in the South West? Our client, a leading Tier 1 civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an established commercial team on a high-profile infrastructure project in South Devon
.
- Commercial management of a major civil engineering project
- NEC contract administration
- Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) & forecasting
- Procurement & subcontract management
- Compensation Events & change control
- Commercial reporting & final accounts
- Working closely with operational and commercial teams to maximise project performance
- Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
- Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience delivering major infrastructure or highways projects
- Excellent commercial reporting, forecasting and cost management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Competitive PAYE day rate depending on experience
- Long-term contract opportunity
