An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK’s leading providers of pet cremation services. Based at Valley Pet and Equine Crematorium in Paignton, we are looking for an empathetic and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced team as an Aftercare Advisor.

It can be a tough job dealing with the realities of bereavement and pet afterlife services, but

Qualifications- Empathy for others when they are in need

You will be working in our crematorium liaising with customers. You will be supporting bereaved pet owners to get through the toughest experience a pet owner can go through, providing that much needed friendly and empathetic guidance to help them make the right choices for them.
Responsibilities- Helping us to care for our clients via taking and making phone calls to help them make suitable arrangements for the cremation of their beloved pets
- Responding to any enquiries/queries from general public and veterinary clients about our services.
- Maintaining a record of calls and financial transactions on Company systems, Looking after pet owners who choose to visit the crematorium in person, ensuring that our clients wishes are followed by assisting with the packing, checking and return of their pets’ ashes, covering our Gold Leaf collection Service and other duties when required.
This role is varied, working by yourself as well as part of the team, you will be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, 9.00am until 5.00pm. with an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour.
