Are you passionate about transforming the lives of learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)? Do you have the skills to lead outreach, deliver outstanding teaching, and drive successful transitions into college? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join our specialist team.
What You’ll Do- Lead and co‑ordinate outreach delivery in home and community settings, including scheduling, staff deployment, transport, and multi‑agency communication.
- Drive successful transitions from home or outreach into college engagement, removing barriers and tracking progress against internal targets and KPIs.
- Deliver outstanding, differentiated teaching aligned to EHCP outcomes, maintaining accurate progress records and ensuring safe, person‑centred provision.
- Support recruitment, induction, and development of specialist staff, contributing to consistent working practices and quality assurance.
- Represent the EPP programme in liaison with local authorities, supporting SLA delivery, growth targets, and compliance.
- Enable positive progression into NEST, mainstream pathways, or other destinations that reflect learners' aspirations and goals.
