As an Associate Lecturer – Automotive, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning experiences.

Duties include:

• Teaching, tutorials and student assessment.
• Preparing and delivering engaging lessons and learner reports.
• Attending parents and employer events as required, ensuring strong communication and support for learners.
• Upholding the integrity of assessment processes in a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.

• Level 3 qualification specific to automotive.
• Valuable industry experience.
• Strong interest in student‑centred learning.
• Ability to build effective relationships with students and colleagues.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must hold Enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
• Teaching qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent) expected within three years if not already held.
