ResponsibilitiesAs an Associate Lecturer – Automotive, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality teaching and learning experiences.
Duties include:
- Teaching, tutorials and student assessment.
- Preparing and delivering engaging lessons and learner reports.
- Attending parents and employer events as required, ensuring strong communication and support for learners.
- Upholding the integrity of assessment processes in a collaborative and forward‑thinking environment.
- Level 3 qualification specific to automotive.
- Valuable industry experience.
- Strong interest in student‑centred learning.
- Ability to build effective relationships with students and colleagues.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must hold Enhanced DBS Certificate or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
- Teaching qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 4/5 or equivalent) expected within three years if not already held.
