We are recruiting for various Hourly Paid Invigilator Bank positions. This position includes invigilating the college’s public examinations and electronic tests in accordance with the relevant awarding body guidelines.
Responsibilities- Prompt arrival and collection of examination materials prior to exam from Examinations Office.
- Setting out an examination room according to relevant Awarding Body guidelines and college invigilator guide.
- Flexibility about working hours including evenings and short notice cover for sickness/emergency arrangements.
- Accurately complete attendance registers and seating plans to show who is present and absent at the start of the examinations.
The successful candidate will hold Level 2 or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths, as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
