General Supply Teacher – Secondary Schools, Paignton

About the Role

As a General Supply Teacher, you will:

Deliver lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
Build positive relationships with students and staff
Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom management and adaptability
Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
