• Deliver lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Follow pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure pupils remain engaged and on task
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Build positive relationships with students and staff
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson outcomes

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Previous experience in a secondary school setting is desirable but not essential
