Responsibilities

Design, develop and deliver the Employment Readiness Programme.
Create inclusive learning experiences across curriculum areas, including employer engagement and enrichment events.
Support learners to progress into work experience, apprenticeships and employment.
Manage priorities independently and work occasional evenings and travel as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Level 3 qualification.
GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4+).
Relevant sector experience delivering employability and careers learning.
Strong communication, organisation and digital skills.
Commitment to safeguarding, equality and inclusive practice.
Full driving licence and access to transport.
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undertake one.
