Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

Location: Torquay

Salary: £90 - £120 per day

The schools are committed to help every child achieve their potential through personalised support, therapeutic approaches and quality staff!

The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, including SEMH, Autism and ADHD
• Experience managing challenging behaviour in an educational or care setting
• A calm, patient and resilient approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
• The ability to adapt to different classroom environments
