Paignton Academy in Paignton is seeking an Attendance Improvement Coordinator to lead on attendance strategies, support vulnerable pupils and families, and promote wellbeing across the Academy.
Working with senior leaders, you will line manage Attendance Officers, monitor attendance data, identify pupils needing intervention and ensure safeguarding and pastoral processes operate effectively. You will engage with external agencies and contribute to inclusion objectives.
