Paignton Academy is seeking an Attendance Improvement Coordinator to lead attendance strategies, support vulnerable pupils and line manage Attendance Officers.
You will work with pupils, families and external agencies to improve attendance and wellbeing, ensuring safeguarding and statutory duties are met.
The successful candidate will have experience in education, strong communication, data analysis, and the ability to motivate a team.
