Paignton Academy is seeking a committed Attendance Improvement Coordinator to enhance pupil attendance, engagement and wellbeing. You will lead intervention strategies, support vulnerable pupils and supervise Attendance Officers to deliver effective attendance procedures.
The role involves working with staff, pupils and families, and aligns with safeguarding and inclusion objectives to remove barriers to education and improve outcomes for young people.
