This is an ideal opportunity for an aspiring teacher. Working alongside experienced teachers and managers, you will develop your skills while delivering engaging English learning programmes that inspire and motivate learners.

• Deliver high-quality English Skills sessions to post-16 learners
• Support learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Help learners improve literacy, confidence and employability skills
• Create engaging resources, assessments and learning activities
• Contribute to learner reviews, progress tracking and target setting
• Provide pastoral support and positive encouragement
• Maintain accurate learner records and documentation
