We are recruiting for a forward-thinking, values-led charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs for over 35 years.
This is a full-time Cover Hours Support Worker role, working flexibly across multiple supported living services. You will be part of a dedicated Devon-based team, providing consistent, high-quality support wherever required.

Package
* £12.30 per hour + £1.40 complex service enhancement
* £55.35 per sleep-in shift (22:00–07:00)
* 40 hours per week (rota issued 4 weeks in advance)

Responsibilities
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, brain injuries and mental health needs
* Providing support with personal and intimate care
* Supporting individuals with non-verbal and complex communication needs
* Enabling community access and promoting independence
* Administering or supporting with medication
* Maintaining accurate support records
* Working flexibly across multiple services
* Working a mixture of days, waking nights and sleep-in shifts
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a support or care setting (preferred)
* Experience supporting complex needs
* Comfortable providing personal care
* Flexible to work varied shifts including nights and sleeps
* Full UK driving licence
* Access to own vehicle with business insurance
* Right to work in the UK
* Willingness to undertake Enhanced DBS and register with the Update Service
