Stonehaven Healthcare Ltd. is seeking a compassionate Activities Co-ordinator for 20 hours per week at our care home. You will plan, coordinate and deliver a variety of engaging activities tailored to residents and visitors, working hands-on to support independence and integration into the local community.
You will liaise with external providers, maintain records, and help organise monthly calendars, fundraising and special events while ensuring confidentiality and teamwork with care staff.
