Support Worker
Paignton, TQ3 2SQ
We are looking for Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis, providing cover when needed. We are looking for someone who is either after part-time hours, as and when, or if you are looking to top up your working week with additional hours.
This role involves providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities and support needs. Some individuals may have autism and/or behaviours that may present as challenging, requiring a patient, understanding and consistent approach to support their wellbeing and independence.
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour
What we're looking for:- A full UK driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- A DBS (required)
- Manual Handling training
- Medication training
- Safeguarding training
- First Aid training
- A caring, patient and reliable approach
- Good communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality support
- Flexible, ad-hoc shifts
