Thisisa'handson'/getting'stuckin'role Therole:

AsaSeniorHRAdvisor,youwillplayakeyroleinthedevelopmentandexecutionofourHRinitiatives.

Yourprimaryresponsibilitieswillincludeoverseeingemployeerelations,managingrecruitmentprocesses,implementingHRpolicies,mentoring/supervisingtheHRadministrator Keyaspectsinclude ProvideguidanceandexpertiseonarangeofHRissuesincludingemployeerelations,conflict resolution,performance management,andemployeeengagementetc Actasapointofcontactforemployeesandmanagers,offeringsupportandadvicetoensuretheeffectiveresolutionofHR-related matters. Leadrecruitmentcampaigns,includingjobposting,candidatescreening,interviewing,andonboardingprocesses. DesignanddelivertrainingsessionsrelatedtoHRpracticesandpolicyadherencetoalllevelsoftheorganisation. CollaboratewithmanagementtodevelopandimplementHRstrategiesthatalignwithbusinessobjectives. Develop,review,andupdateHRpoliciesandprocedurestomaintaincompliancewithregulatoryrequirements. ParticipateinHRprojects ProvidereportsandanalysesasneededtotrackkeyHRmetricsandinformdecision-making. SupportHRadministration CoachanddevelopthethejuniorHRmember Requirements CIPDwouldbeanadvantage. Minimumof3yearsofHR/ER experience ExperienceinFMCGsectororsimilar Outstandingcommunicationandinterpersonalskills,withtheabilitytoengageeffectivelyatalllevelswithintheorganisation. Proficient in Microsoft Officeand HRsoftwareprograms. Whattheyoffer
