Full job description

Overview

Goldstar Leisure Limited is looking for a detail-driven eCommerce Listings & Operations Specialist to take ownership of product listing and data management across our online sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.

This role is primarily hands-on: you will be creating, updating, and maintaining product listings at volume, ensuring accuracy across titles, descriptions, pricing, imagery, and stock data. Alongside this, you will play a key part in coordinating with the wider operations and product team to keep workflows running smoothly.

It is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong practical experience with eCommerce platforms and product data, and who is ready to take on a more specialist position with some team coordination responsibility.

How We Work

At Goldstar Leisure Limited, we embrace technology and innovation as part of how we operate every day. We actively encourage our team to use AI tools — such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar — to work smarter: whether that's drafting and refining product descriptions, speeding up repetitive tasks, researching market trends, or finding better ways to get things done.

We are not looking for someone who has all the answers already — we are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable using the tools available to them to deliver great results. If you already use AI in your day-to-day work, or you are keen to learn, you will fit right in here.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Data Management

  • Create, update, and maintain high volumes of product listings across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and eBay — including titles, descriptions, bullet points, attributes, pricing, and imagery.
  • Upload and manage products using bulk upload templates, CSV/feed files, and platform-specific import tools.
  • Ensure all product data is accurate, complete, and compliant with each platform's requirements and best practices.
  • Maintain and update product information in internal systems and databases, keeping these in sync with live platforms.
  • Support product launches and promotional activity by preparing and scheduling listing updates in a timely manner.

Quality Assurance & Accuracy

  • Conduct regular audits of live product listings to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or compliance issues.
  • Monitor platform health metrics (suppressed listings, content warnings, policy flags) and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of data quality across all channels and internal records.

Operations & Team Coordination

  • Work closely with the Operations Director to streamline listing workflows and support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Product Listing team to align on product information, pricing updates, and stock changes.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to support operational and business performance tracking.
  • Contribute to cross-team projects involving product data, platform improvements, and process changes.

Experience & Skills

Required

  • 2 or more years of hands-on experience in an eCommerce or product listing role.
  • Proven experience listing and managing products on Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or a comparable platform.
  • Familiarity with bulk product upload processes, including CSV/feed file preparation and platform import tools.
  • Strong understanding of product data requirements: titles, descriptions, attributes, imagery standards, and category structures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing, reporting, and bulk data preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when working with high volumes of data.
  • Organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Desirable

  • Experience across more than one eCommerce platform (e.g. Shopify plus Amazon or eBay).
  • Familiarity with product information management (PIM) tools or inventory management systems.
  • Experience monitoring and resolving platform compliance issues (suppressed listings, policy alerts, A+ content, etc.).
  • Previous involvement in coordinating or overseeing the work of other team members.
  • Exposure to generating operational reports or dashboards to track business performance.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve productivity, assist with copywriting, and support day-to-day tasks.

Salary & Benefits

Salary is competitive and will be discussed at interview based on experience.

  • Company pension
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Employee discount and store discount
  • On-site parking

Pay: £28,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
