Job Title:
Field Service Engineer
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday 8-5pm, Friday 8-4pm (39 hrs per week)
Flexible start times and finish times will be required due to travel.
Over nights stays will be required.
Location:National
Key Responsibilities:- Travelling to site to inspect/repair to a high standard, national coverage.
- Ensuring any parts or remedial works required are clearly and accurately stated.
- Reporting any difficulties and service updates.
- Recording work carried out and next steps.
- All work undertaken in line with H&S procedures.
- Good and efficient communication with internal teams, installers and site contact.
- Full UK driving Licence.
- Minimum age of twenty-one to be able to drive company vans (Due to company Fleet Insurance).
- Previous Experience as a Fenestration Service Engineer. (preferably with experience in both manufacturing and fitting of UPVC window frames and doors).
- Ability to learn new products and manufacturing processes.
- A conscientious and enthusiastic attitude.
- Flexible and self‑motivated in their approach to work.
- Good team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Positive attitude to work.
- Good timekeeping and attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail.
