They are recruiting for a Trainee Contracts and Design Manager

• Office based in Paignton meeting with clients in and around mid to south Devon mostly
• Trained on design of commercial heating systems, pipe work design, heating and hot water by the contracts manager
• Trained on contracts management, quotes, costing, project submissions, site surveys, reviewing design drawings, planning, project redelivery, RAMS and H&S

Skills Needed to be a trainee contracts & design manager

• Living within travelling distance to the office in Paignton in mid Devon
• Good experience and knowledge with commercial heating systems, hot water systems, commercial boilers
• Coming from a commercial or industrial heating tools back ground would be very beneficial – this would really suit an engineer who wants to get off the tools and learn more
• Good written and spoken English as well ...
