Competence in chronic disease management is essential, andnurse prescribing is highly desirable. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing our experienced nursing team, ensuring safe, high-quality care
- Overseeing clinical standards, infection control, audits, and training
- Supporting service development across long-term conditions, minor illness, health promotion and more
- Contributing to practice strategy, QOF performance, and new models of care
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to develop their skills and confidence
- Delivering high quality practice nursing care
