Catering Assistant

Overview

The Catering Assistant will assist the team in the preparation, cooking and serving of food & beverages and to ensure that the kitchen is kept in a hygienic condition. This will include preparation of food, serving of meals, general kitchen and cleaning duties as directed, ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen in compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.

This role is term-time only and Monday–Friday.

• Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of food & beverages and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment.
• Carry out general kitchen and cleaning duties as directed, ensuring compliance with relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene requirements.
• Support term-time operation and Monday–Friday work pattern as described.
