Job Type: Seasonal FTC (March to September)

What You’ll Do

As a Food & Beverage Team Member
, you will:

  • Prepare food and menu items
    , including operating kitchen equipment such as ovens and fryers, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests and owners, maintaining excellent service and presentation standards.
  • Provide menu knowledge
    , making recommendations and answering guest questions with confidence.
  • Maintain cleanliness and keep the service area and floor organised at all times.
  • Support the team to deliver smooth daily operations, assisting with stock rotation and basic food preparation.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied.
Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual with:

  • Previous food and beverage experience (desirable)
  • Experience using kitchen equipment (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
  • Working knowledge of POS systems and general retail equipment
  • Good numeracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety practices
