Morrisons Cafe Manager role in Paignton is about leading busy cafe teams on the shop floor and in the kitchen to deliver top quality meals with speed and warmth. You will own menu delivery, service standards, and staff coaching, ensuring strong hospitality and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
You’ll manage stock, supervise barista service, and drive waste control and cost awareness while maintaining Food Hygiene standards.
