Salary: $65,056 – $82,947 per year

Position Status: Full‑time, exempt, salaried

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented individual to serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, and high school counselors, and to lead campus tours and coordinate major admission events.

Responsibilities
  • Manages operational aspects of the admissions process for freshman and transfer admits.
  • Provides guidance to prospective students via oral and written communication.
  • Project‑manages and coordinates communications deliverables related to visit and event experiences.
  • Develops content across print and digital channels.
  • Coordinates planning, management, and evaluation of visits and programs with the Assistant Director of Admission to create a welcoming environment for families and prospective students.
  • Serves as the main point of contact for schools and organizations scheduling campus visits.
  • Maintains accurate information in Slate (CRM/event management tool) for all campus visit and virtual program activities.
  • Markets campus visits and events through the website, social media, and print/digital communications.
  • Assists with or coordinates special programs or activities as directed.
  • Monitors all visit requests, including outside of regular hours, to ensure a positive visitor experience.
  • Occasional nights and weekends may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Admission.
Preferred Qualifications & Key Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to reason and analyze.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead student workers, inspire teamwork, and achieve established goals.
  • Ability to interact effectively with diverse student populations in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attentive to detail, accurate, and precise.
  • Works independently with little supervision and shows initiative.
  • Maintains confidentiality.
  • Handles frequent interruptions with patience and understanding.
  • Organizes workflow and manages multiple projects.
  • Growth mindset and institutional teamwork ethic.
  • Creative, strategic, thoughtful, and has a sense of humor.
