What you will do:

In this position you will help support our Direct Support Professionals in their day-to-day work, giving personal focus to everyone we serve.

  • Protect our individuals by providing supports for unusual incidents, medications, and health needs.
  • Ensure necessary coverage on the schedule.
  • Work in the house with a consistent schedule providing quality care on shift.
  • Primary contact for concerns in house and with client, accountable for outcomes of care.

What you should bring:

Must have high school diploma equivalent, undergo a detailed background check, have at least two years experience supporting others with personal care, and at least 1 year supporting or supervising employees.

  • Supportive and empathetic attitude.
  • Your skills and expertise with people with disabilities.
  • Desire to learn more and attend trainings.
  • Be 18 years of age and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Have a reliable transportation and license.
  • Willingness to complete background check and participate in orientation.
