We’re seeking a High-Volume Manufacturing Recruiter who knows how to move quickly, connect deeply, and deliver results — from the production floor to the plant manager’s office.

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for hourly, skilled trade, and production roles across multiple facilities.
• Partner with plant leaders and HR to forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for rapid ramp-ups and seasonal surges

• Source top talent through job boards, social media, career fairs, employee referrals, and community outreach
  .
• Manage 25–50 open requisitions at a time while maintaining exceptional candidate and hiring manager communication.
• Screen, interview, and coordinate offers for candidates in assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, logistics, and quality
  .
• Build talent pipelines and maintain a proactive network of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
• Track metrics, report hiring trends, and continuously improve recruiting speed and quality.

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
  , MUST have experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial staffing.
• Proven success managing high-volume, multi-location hiring

• Strong knowledge of ATS systems, job marketing tactics, and sourcing tools
  .
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal teams.
