What You’ll Do

As a Tier 2 Technician, you’ll be the escalation point for our support team and a trusted resource for our clients. You’ll work on a variety of systems and technologies, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365, networking, cybersecurity, and project implementation.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling escalated support tickets and resolving complex technical issues
• Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Supporting Windows servers, networking equipment, and cloud platforms
• Assisting with firewall configurations, VPN setups, and remote access tools
• Participating in cybersecurity monitoring, response, and best practices
• Leading or supporting IT projects such as migrations, deployments, and upgrades
• Collaborating with Tier 1 techs and mentoring junior staff
• Documenting solutions and contributing to internal knowledge base

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experiencein a Tier 2 or similar IT support role (MSP experience preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support
• Solid understanding of networking (switches, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, practices, and incident response
• Experience with project-based work such as system rollouts or cloud migrations
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or security-focused) are a plus
