Project Manager – Steven Douglas Corp (SDC)

Responsibilities
  • Lead interdepartmental teams to complete assigned projects on time, on budget, to specifications.
  • Resolve technical risks quickly and develop plans to mitigate them.
  • Manage project scope, schedule and cost changes to keep the plan accurate and updated.
  • Measure project performance with appropriate tools, identify variances, perform corrective actions and communicate findings to all stakeholders.
  • Act as the liaison between company, customers and vendors, addressing questions, concerns and/or complaints throughout the project in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
  • History of driving projects through best practices, processes and change management.
  • Experience solving technical problems on custom automation equipment.
  • Excellent organizational and skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, conflict management and proactive decision making.
  • Ability to develop relationships, build credibility and establish trust.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with Smartsheet.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with custom automation projects.
