• Program, set up, and operate CNC Grinders to manufacture precision components.
• Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling, load materials, and operate grinder.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
• Conduct detailed inspections of CNC precision‑ground components using measuring tools to verify geometry and ensure conformance to design specifications.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous CNC experience (grinders, mills and lathes).
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Programming experience (knowledge of G&M code).
• Shop math skills (standard & metric).
• Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision.
