We’re looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in producing quality work, and wants to grow with a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to manufacture precision components.
- Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications.
- Load materials, secure workpieces, and select appropriate tooling.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
- Conduct detailed inspections of machined parts using various measuring tools.
- Verify CNC machined parts and inspect tool geometry to confirm conformance to design specifications.
- Occasionally, operate manual surface grinders and Bridgeport.

Position Requirements
High School,
3+ Years
work experience - A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous CNC experience (mills, lathes or grinders)
- 3+ years of CNC experience preferred (mills, lathes or grinders)
- Programming experience with CAD/CAM programming systems; SolidWorks, G&M Code helpful
- Shop math skills (standard & metric)
- Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision
- Experience using precision gauges and inspection equipment
