Production Associate II - 3rd Shift - Temporary
Join Cintas as a Production Associate II on the 3rd Shift (Temporary). This role requires performing multiple production plant positions, supporting general facility duties, and covering breaks, vacation, and absences as needed.
Responsibilities• Perform at least three production position functions, involving standing for an entire shift, repeated bending, lifting, twisting, and stretching.
• Assist with production duties based on work volume.
• Maintain daily accuracy and productivity and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Perform housekeeping tasks to keep the facility clean and organized.
- Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8‑hour shift.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and stretching.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and productivity.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with other production staff.
