As a Precision Tool Grinder, you'll play a critical role in manufacturing precision tooling components used around the world.
- Operate and maintain manual grinding equipment
- Grind tooling components to exact specifications
- Inspect finished parts using optical comparators and precision measuring tools
- Read dimensions and tolerances to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Work closely with a team dedicated to craftsmanship and precision
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
- Basic shop math skills, including dimensions and tolerances
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in machinery
- Strong attention to detail and quality
