What You'll Do
As a CNC Operator, you'll play a key role in producing precision-engineered tooling solutions by:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including loading materials, securing workpieces, selecting tooling, and maintaining required tolerances.
- Monitor machining operations and make machine adjustments or program edits as needed.
- Inspect machined components to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Use precision measuring instruments to confirm part accuracy.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and replace worn or damaged tooling.
- Maintain tooling inventories, wheel usage records, and production documentation.
- Document program changes and process improvements to support continuous improvement efforts.
We're seeking motivated individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC machining or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience editing CNC programs using G-code
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
