As a Shipping and Receiving Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing all functions related to incoming and outgoing shipments within the business system and through appropriate shipping methods. You’ll work closely with manufacturing and quality teams to ensure timely delivery of products and maintain smooth operations.
Your role includes evaluating backlog, maintaining inventory records, and producing reports to support production and customer inquiries.
- Performing all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving functions within the business system and via shipping methods
- Evaluating backlog to ensure on-time shipping of products to customers
- Collaborating with Manufacturing and Quality teams to coordinate shipping activities
- Compiling and reporting production data, responding to internal and external customer inquiries
- Maintaining inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and updating database entries
- Operating equipment including tow motors safely and efficiently
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving functions, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with inventory management and business system software, such as Job Boss 2 (JB2) a plus
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organizational skills
- Ability to analyze information and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven persistence and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with equipment operation, including tow motors

This position is on-site in Painesville, OH, and offers a standard first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
