Retail Thrift Store Assistant Manager

We are hiring a Store Assistant Manager for our Painesville, Ohio, location. In this role you will assist the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day operations of your location, adhering to established policies, procedures, and practices.

• Assist the Store Manager with day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain store standards and performance.
• Coordinate staff schedules and inventory management.

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in retail management.
• Experience operating personal computers.
