We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is essential.

What You Will Be Doing

Providing auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.

Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.

Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions.

Bringing customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.

Welcoming customers and providing a positive shopping experience.

Using technology (computer, cash register, telephone, catalog system).

What You’ll Need

Valid Driver’s License.

Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.

High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus.

Excellent communication skills.

Love fast-paced retail environments.

Great listening skills and empathy for customers.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred)

Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership.

Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems.

Customer-centric attitude.

ASE Certifications.
