We are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are the "face of the retail store" and the go-to person for customers' automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is essential.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Providing auto parts answers and solutions for retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge.
  • Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions.
  • Bringing customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced stores.
  • Welcoming customers and providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Using technology (computer, cash register, telephone, catalog system).

  • Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions.
  • Have experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks.
  • Are willing to learn about automotive parts.

  • What You’ll Need
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn.
  • High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Love fast-paced retail environments.
  • Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
  • Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
  • Passion or background in automotive, heavy equipment, marine, or dealership.
  • Experience in cataloging or inventory management systems.
  • Customer-centric attitude.
  • ASE Certifications.
