• Secure passengers and wheelchairs properly for transport

• Plan efficient routes and ensure on-time arrivals

• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance concerns

• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers

• At least 23 years old

• Valid Ohio Driver’s License (2+ years) with a clean record (No CDL required)

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical exam, and criminal background check

• Comfortable working around service animals

• Ability to house the company vehicle at your residence in Lake County
