Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Wrexham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
You will play a key role in supporting customers through the ordering process, handling enquiries, and ensuring smooth order fulfilment by working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role is primarily email‑based, with minimal phone communication required.
Key Responsibilities:- Processing customer quotes and orders
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues
- Booking transport and liaising with couriers
- Processing invoices, returns, and credit notes
- General administration and data maintenance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- A proactive, team‑player attitude
- IT literate (Microsoft 365 desirable)
- Full training and ongoing support
