As the Administrator, you will be at the heart of business operations. Your key responsibilities may include handling all forms of communication (emails, phone calls, etc.), maintaining accurate records and files, coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, managing employee attendance and records, and effectively scheduling and organising meetings. We're looking for someone who possesses both the technical skills and the interpersonal abilities to facilitate daily operations smoothly.
Yourpersonality, experience and qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with more than 6 months of experience in a similar administrative role. You should be someone who can work independently and efficiently while bringing a keen attention to detail to every task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
