Database and Finance Administrator (33–39 hours per week, Monday–Friday)
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Database and Finance Administrator to support our Administration Department.
Responsibilities- Maintain product, supplier and customer data
- Update pricing and discount structures
- Assist with sales and purchase ledger processing
- Prepare customer price lists
- Investigate pricing queries
Carry out daily cash reconciliations - Provide occasional reception cover
- Some administration experience
- Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical ability
- Customer-focused approach
You will be reliable, professional, able to work accurately, meet deadlines, and contribute effectively as part of a team.
