Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Reception/Admin Assistant based in Paisley – close to the town centre, local transport links and with free on-street parking available within a short distance.
Initially a 4-week temporary assignment, with the potential to continue until Christmas and possibly become permanent
We’re looking for someone friendly, organised and confident providing a mix of reception and general administration support.
Duties will include:
Welcoming customers and visitors
Answering calls and taking messages
Printing, scanning and copying
General typing and administration
Making teas and coffees
The current requirement includes Monday and Friday 9am-5pm with one hour unpaid lunch , Wednesday 9am – 2pm, however alternative days and hours can be considered depending on availability.
Salary: £13.00 per hour
