ANNA stands for Absolutely No-Nonsense Admin. We make business accounts for small businesses, freelancers and side-hustlers – the corner shops, cafés, salons, and creators who keep things ticking. And now we’re looking for a
Field Sales Manager to help us spread the word – one door at a time.

This is a
part-time
role with a flexible schedule – perfect for chatty, energetic folks who love talking to people and don’t mind walking a few kilometres a day. You’ll be out and about, meeting local business owners face-to-face and signing them up to ANNA’s smarter way of banking.

• Work 4–5 hours a day (sometimes including weekends)
• Be ready to cover a few kms – barbers, cafés, boutiques, you name it
• You must have direct sales experience – cold approach, pitch, close, repeat

• Base pay: £300–£500 per week (based on experience)
• Plus performance pay: top performers earn £5–6k/month gross
• Full training + all marketing materials provided
• Banking experience isn’t essential – but it’s a nice bonus

• Students with flexible study hours
• Sociable grown‑ups who love a good chat and don’t want a 9–5
• People who can commit to this as their main job – no side gigs, please
