First Task Professional is partnering with an established civils and groundworks contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for projects across Fife, Lothians, Perth and Borders. The role involves managing commercial aspects from inception to final account on earthworks, roads and drainage projects up to £3m.
You will measure and value work, prepare interim applications and final accounts, manage variations, and forecast and report financials to maximise profitability.
