Renfrewshire Council is seeking an Assistant Cost Manager to join the Housing Investment team in Paisley. You will support cost management and quantity surveying across housing projects, helping prepare contract documents and bills of quantities, and assist with final accounts and cost initiatives on construction programmes.
The role requires a degree in quantity surveying and experience in a best-value construction environment, with strong communication, IT skills and commercial awareness.
