Site Manager

Site Manager | 27th July Start | 3 Week Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an immediate-start contract to oversee the completion of a live roofing project.
Due to additional works being added to the programme, our client requires a Site Manager for a further 3 weeks to successfully deliver the remaining works and manage the site through to completion.

The Role
 
* Oversee the installation of a built-up liquid coating system to a church roof.
 
* Manage and supervise a team of 2 to 3 operatives on site.
 
* Ensure all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with health and safety requirements.
 
* Coordinate the successful demobilisation of the site, including the removal of scaffolding, welfare facilities, and all temporary site infrastructure.
 
* Maintain site records and liaise with the project team to ensure a smooth project completion.
Requirements
 
* Proven experience working as a Site Manager on construction projects.
 
* Strong health and safety knowledge.
 
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
 
* Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site close-out activities.
 
* Relevant Site Management certifications (SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred).
Start Details
 
* Handover: 24th July (approximately 2 hours) at our client's office.
 
* Site Start: 27th July.
 
* Duration:
Approximately 3 weeks.
